All short-term rentals are required to have a short-term rental license as well as a rental permit from the Centre Region Code Administration.
Applications for a short-term rental license and CRCA Rental Permit can be obtained by clicking the links below. For non-owner-occupied short-term rentals that meet the requirements of the ordinance, use the link below to apply for a certificate of nonconformity.
Separate payment/checks will be required for each application listed below.

** There is a $25.00 Harris Township fee to process the CRCA Rental Permit Application. Additional fees will be applied by the CRCA.
