Planning Commission To Meet Virtually

The Planning Commission will meet virtually on May 17th at 7:00 PM. They will continue their review of the rural rezoning map. You can find the agenda for the meeting here: https://harristownship.org/advisory-board/2014-planning-commission/agenda/

All residents are invited to attend the meeting. Residents can obtain the log in information by emailing the Township Manager at manager@harristownship.org. Public comment can also be emailed to the Manager to be read at the meeting. Public comment will be accepted by email until 6:45 PM on May 17th.

Dog Reminders

Residents are reminded that dogs must kept on leash at all times, including when you are visiting one of the Township’s parks. We’ve had reports of dogs being left off leash in both Blue Spring and Kaywood Parks. The Township will follow up with the State College Dog Officer to ensure our regulations are being followed.

If you see a dog off leash, feel free to contact State College Borough directly at 814-234-7191 during regular business hours. After hours, please contact State College Police at 814-234-7150.

Board of Supervisors To Meet Virtually

The Board of Supervisors will meet virtually on May 10th at 7:30 PM. Items on the agenda include an update on the State College Connector Project, the Hawk Ridge plan, the Kaywood North Estates Plan and the awarding of paving projects for Rosslyn Road and Karmel Street.
