Residents can participate in the meeting two ways – by emailing the Township Manager to request the log in information (manager@harristownship.org) or by submitting comments to be read during the public comment section of the meeting. Comments will be accepted until 7:15 PM on July 13th.
The Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting on June 19th at 11:00 AM on Zoom to consider action on two items: a resolution that would establish temporary regulations to allow businesses in the Township to use parking areas for outdoor sales of merchandise and food and a proposal for special testing for soil at the maintenance facility site. All interested residents are invited to participate.
Residents can contact the Township Manager by email (manager@harristownship.org) to receive the log in information. Residents can also submit comments to the Township Manager to be read into the record at the meeting. Comments will be accepted until 10:45 AM. The meeting will be filmed and broadcast by C-Net.
The Board of Supervisors will meet virtually on May 27th at 12:00 noon to award the bids for the construction of our new maintenance facility. They will also take action to approve the borrowing for the project. The Township will borrow $3,795,000 for the project. This will provide funds for the construction and also to reimburse the Township for our out of pocket expenses related to the design of the facility.
Residents are invited to watch the meeting. Please send an email to the Township Manager (manager@harristownship.org) to obtain the log in information. The meeting will also be filmed by C-Net and will be broadcast at a later date on Channel 7.
The Planning Commission will meet virtually on Monday, May 18th at 7:00 PM. The public is invited to attend and can obtain the log in information by sending an email to the Township Manager at manager@harristownship.org.
