Do Not Solicit Registry

Harris Township Board of Supervisors passed Ordinance #385 – Licensing Solicitor/Peddlers, Transient Retail Businesses and Mobile Food Vendors at their meeting on August 10, 2026. The ordinance will take effect on October 1, 2026.

As part of that ordinance, residents can now register with the Township if they do not wish to be contacted by door-to-door Solicitors/Peddlers. If you wish to be added to the registry, please submit a written request or send an email to secretary@harristownship.org to have your name and address placed on the registry.

The list of addresses will be provided to the door-to-door solicitor/peddler at the time of licensing.
